BREAKING NEWS : Liverpool confirms seven players’ departures while offering eight new contracts.

Liverpool FC has confirmed the departure of seven academy players following their Premier League title win. These players include Dominic Corness, Louis Enahoro-Marcus, Harry Evers, Lee Jonas, Jakub Ojrzynski, Jacob Poytress, and Reece Trueman. Corness and Ojrzynski, both 22, are the most experienced among them, having spent last season on loan at Gillingham and Swedish club Utsiktens BK, respectively. Enahoro-Marcus, Evers, and Jonas were regulars for the Under-21s, with Jonas also representing England up to the Under-19 level. Goalkeepers Poytress and Trueman complete the list of exits.
Additionally, Liverpool has offered new contracts to several young talents, including Kareem Ahmed, Emmanuel Airo … , and Ranel Young. Figueroa, aged 18, is notably the son of former Premier League defender Maynor Figueroa. Meanwhile, new manager Arne Slot has already secured Jeremie Frimpong and is closing in on signing Florian Wirtz, formerly of Bayer Leverkusen.
