Scotland Announce Squad For Friendlies

Scotland manager Steve Clarke has announced a 25-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Iceland on June 6 at Hampden Park and Liechtenstein away on June 9. These matches serve as preparation for the World Cup qualifiers resuming in September.

Robby McCrorie (Kilmarnock) – Called up due to injuries to Craig Gordon and Liam Kelly.

Manager Steve Clarke aims to expand the national team’s player pool and introduce greater competition. He plans to test both back-four and back-five formations during these friendlies, following tactical shifts made after Euro 2024.
