Crusaders go to another Super Rugby final after defeating the Blues.

The Crusaders have once again proven their championship pedigree by overcoming a blistering start from the Blues to book their spot in yet another Super Rugby final.
Despite the Blues racing out of the blocks with early dominance and slick attacking play, the Crusaders weathered the storm and responded with trademark resilience. Led by a composed display from their experienced core, including Richie Mo’unga and captain Scott Barrett, the reigning champions clawed back momentum with clinical breakdown work and territorial control.
The Blues initially stunned the Christchurch crowd with two early tries, but the Crusaders’ forward pack gradually asserted dominance. Key turnovers and set-piece superiority allowed the home side to close the gap before halftime.
In the second half, the Crusaders’ relentless pressure wore down the visitors. A crucial try midway through the half swung the momentum fully in their favour, and their defensive wall held strong in the dying minutes as the Blues pushed for a comeback.
The victory extends the Crusaders’ remarkable run of Super Rugby final appearances and sets them up for a chance at yet another title — further cementing their status as the competition’s most successful and consistent side.
