Bleacher Report’s scouting notes highlight his classic back-to-the-basket game and offensive rebounding prowess, while noting his need to improve mobility and switchability to stay effective defensively
On the Heat’s two-way deal:
It allows Goldin to split time between Miami and their G League affiliate;
The contract is projected to pay over $500,000 next season
Having already logged time with center Duncan Robinson, he joins a Miami system that’s developed undrafted big men before .
What’s next?
Expect to see Goldin showcase his rim-finishing ability and hustle in Summer League.
His long-term trajectory will depend on how he develops perimeter defense and lateral quickness to complement the Heat’s defensive identity.
This move gives him a real shot at carving out a spot in Miami, where two-way players often get a genuine opportunity to prove themselves.
